For our branch in Zhelino, we are looking for a talented, experienced and initiative personality in the following position:

SALES SPECIALIST / ORDER PROCESSING - German speaking

Responsibilities:

• Issuing of sales invoices
• Order entry and checking of orders in the ERP-System
• Issuing of shipping documents
• Coordination of logistics Kiel / customer
• Coordination of dates / deadlines with customers
• Dealing with customs and procedures
• Statistical reports
• Delivery notes
• Issuing Euro 1 certificate
• Calculation of sales prices
• Responsible for cost reduction in logistic for outgoing shipments

Requirements and qualifications:

• Relevant faculty degree
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse community
• Minimum 3 years expertise in the area of Sales
• Proficient English and German language user
• Software knowledge: MS Office applications
• Technical knowledge
• Individual, initiative, flexible, team player
• Knowledge of ERP software, preferably SAP R/3
