On behalf of our client Samsung, DEKRA is looking for:

MX trainer

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide vital support for diverse small- and large-scale training events including business conferences, PR events, and activations;
• Tailor training approaches based on audience profiles and market needs;
• Facilitate onboarding and product launch training for retail partners and field teams;
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure training is aligned with strategic goals;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitive landscape, market trends, and product innovations;
• Preparation of reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year experience;
• Ability to simplify technical information and make it engaging;
• Strong presentation skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Passion for technology and customer experience.
