Magna Mirrors South-East Europe, a division of Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting - leading supplier of innovative closure systems, modules and exterior and interior mirror systems, is opening the following position for the new Magna Mirrors factory located in Ohrid/Struga region:
BACK OFFICE SALES

Main responsibilities

• Back office Sales

• Quote preparation
• Manage nominations
• Initiate sample production

• Manage GSD (Sales database) for Wire Harnesses

• Budget planning
• Forecast plannig

• Coordinate Feasibility studies and risk analyzis
• Support for product and process calculation

Key requirements

• Technical Highschool
• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel
• Good knowledge in MS Word and MS Powerpoint
• Very good English knowledge
• Knowledge of automotive core tools is an advantage
• Very good SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Customer focused
• Communicative, goal oriented
• Ability to work under pressure
• Capable of conflict resolving, team-minded
