CRM and Order management specialist/expert
Core responsibilities:
- Design, development and implementation of new functionalities according to the requirements of other company departments;
- Coordination of the technical aspect of ongoing activities and /or projects;
- Analyze and manage existing technical solutions and create new ones in line with new technological trends.
Requirements:
- University Degree, IT or Technical;
- At least 2 years of working experience in IT;
- Solid knowledge in CRM systems and telecommunication services;
- Solid programming knowledge (PHP or dotNET, REST, SOAP, Javascript, JQuery, JSON);
- Solid knowledge of databases (preferably Oracle), SQL, PL / SQL, database design;
- Experience in automation of processes shall be an advantage;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Independence and proactivity in work;
- Teamwork and communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of English (oral and written);
