Your Skills and Expertise

• 2+ years of proven experience as a project assistant or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or any related field
• Experience in working with the full Microsoft stack
• Relevant experience in a similar position or experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 FO will be considered a plus
• Scrum Master Certification will be considered a plus
• Advanced spoken and written English
• Very detail-oriented with great communication skills
• Flexible, open-minded, and adaptable to project demands
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to follow instructions, while also showing initiative

Your Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the project managers and team to maximize productivity
• Collaborate with the whole project team, contributing to the entire project lifecycle
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, and prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements:
• Delegate project tasks based on members’ strengths, skill sets, and experience levels;

• Organize and produce meeting content, documenting meeting minutes, tracking follow-ups, writing deliverable action plans, and drafting regular correspondence and program updates to senior management

• Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met and complete any necessary administrative tasks
• Inputting Project Plans into the Planning IT system ensures accurate cost and resource estimating

• Develop reports for management for project status, issues, outcomes, and tracking KPIs.
