EVN Elektrodistribucija is a company which has power distribution on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia as its primary activity. The Company entered the Macedonian market in 2006 as a part of the EVN Group. The most important goal of EVN Macedonia is to provide reliable and high-quality power supply to the customers at competitive prices. 
  
TECHNICIAN IN IT DEPARTMENT (M/F)  
 
Description of the tasks 
 

• Installation of Windows ОС and configuration of desktop equipment, video beams, digital photo cameras, printers stationery phones, mobile phones, blackberry devices
• Debug and permanent solution of the problems with the ICT equipment, individually or in cooperation with authorized services  
• Assistance with the first assigning on the ICT infrastructure of the new users remotely or physically  
• Complaints resolving for the problems aroused from the first assignment on the system and during the ongoing tasks of the Windows Server environment users
• Debug and permanent solution or direction to higher level of responsibility of the problems connected with functioning of the Company applications (MS Office, SAP, Brics CAD, Power Term, Omnitracker)
• Problem solving regarding the first assigning on the system and the ongoing users of the Billing system 
• Complaints resolving for the problems connected with the RSA tokens usage and the digital certificates Evidence of each users request/complaint in the Ticketing system
• Evidence of each change in the data base 

 
 
Qualifications and personal characteristics 
 

• Professional level of expertise in Microsoft Windows OS  
• English language knowledge  
• Knowledge for regular maintenance of desktop equipment  
• MS Office knowledge  
• Good communication skills  
• Trustful, task fulfilling, initiative, ability to work under pressure and short term deadlines, team worker
