Technical Specialist
Core responsibilities:
- Answering to all customer’s request by providing technical support via phone for business and residential customers.
Job requirements:
- High school or University degree,
- Knowledge/understanding of Windows operating systems, knowledge of Linux is an advantage,
- Technical knowledge for internet, TV, telephony and mobile devices,
- Exceptional telephone etiquette, patient and diligent,
- Knowledge/understanding of IT equipment / Diverse PC knowledge,
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken),
- Team work,
- Analytical skills,
- Multitasking and proactivity,
- Personality: preciseness & accuracy, confidentiality, flexibility, communication skills, analytical skills,
- In peak times prepared to work longer hours / stress-resistant,
- Good communication skills,
- Ability to efficiently and effectively solve an issue,
- Ability to operate under challenging situations and short deadlines,
- Proficient troubleshooter.
