GRAPHIC DESIGNER – SKOPJE

 

The role of Designer is at the heart of driving and delivering creative excellence. The Designer will work as part of a team to deliver creative excellence to our clients and that meets company standard. Within the studio you are responsible for maintaining world-class creative skills and standards within your discipline.

 

 

Job Description and primary responsibilities

• Excellent visual communication, art direction, and visualization skills
• Work directly with the Creative Director and the Account
• Input into creative thinking, design, and conceptual ideas
• Work collaboratively and openly; brainstorming, sketching, verbalizing and prototyping.
• Comfortable working with and collaborating with other disciplines (digital, print, experimental, film, motion)
• Comfortable presenting ideas and creative work internally.
• Contribute to the wider company mission.

 

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience
• Strong background in branding, packaging, advertising, comms and an understanding of experience design.
• Strong skills in Adobe CC - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and basic knowledge of After Effect
• Understanding of design processes across disciplines
• Proactive, team orientated and eager to learn
• Highly motivated, organized and passionate
• Good people skills and communication skills
• Comfortable with our fail fast, learn quickly approach
• Original tinkers with strong point of view

 

We offer:

Flexible working schedule Monday, Wednesday, Friday. From 9:00 - 17:00
