HILL Skopje is recruiting for our client:

WIK, a contract designer and manufacturer (ODM/OEM/CM) for electrical household appliances and devices. They have created and developed hundreds of system solutions and produced millions of products. This position is based Prilep and is responsible for the financial health of the organization.

To further support their operations in Prilep, they are looking to engage a highly capable and devoted professional for the position of

                                                                    Financial Controller

Job description:

• manage controlling functions for the legal entity in North Macedonia,
• take responsibility for period-end closing and reporting
• prepare monthly financial report review,
• monitor cash flow,
• manage business plan, quarterly forecast, variance analysis,
• support new project calculation, investment budget control, product cost calculation,
• communicate as a business partner for the operation department and
• support local finance and controlling process in line with central guideline, train and develop local team members

Requirements:

• bachelor’s degree, major in finance, auditing, business economics or equivalent or equivalent apprenticeship combined with professional experience
• more than 3 years of experience in team leadership in finance will be considered as advantage
• strong analytical skills, problem solving and strategic thinking,
• good command of verbal and written English,
• experience in working on international teams will be considered as advantage
• taking full responsibility for operations in North Macedonia with flexibility to travel for training in WIK offices globally
