On behalf of our Client, International Company based in South Korea, DEKRA is offering challenging position:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Performing visual, dimensional, ultrasonic and corrosion inspection of steel pipes, plates, and sections;
- On-site inspections of the piping, pressure vessels, heat exchangers and pellet classifiers according to European norms and ASME codes;
- Cross-checking the NDT (UT, MT, PT, and RT) and coating/painting activities;
- Performance testing (vibration test) of the rotating equipment;
- Review and approval of the QC packaged;
- Daily quality controls and preparations of weekly reports;
- Control of the corrosion protection applied on the pipes;
- Control of the corrosion protection applied on the pipes;
- Final Inspection of the products before shipment to the site.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline;
- Experience in welding, quality engineering, and inspection in construction;
- Fluent in English Language, another language would be an advantage;
- Qualified for NDT Inspector level 2 and level 3.
