Technical Support Specialist

Location: Skopje

BtoBet is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Skopje!

Main responsibilities for this position:

• Direct and indirect communication with clients and partners via phone and email
• Testing, reproducing, troubleshooting, documenting and following up on client issues or requests
• Contributing with new articles in the technical support knowledge base
• Working in shifts

Requirements:

• Demonstrated high level of self-motivation with a strong desire to solve problems and multi-task with priority
• Strongly developed analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrated team player with ability to learn fast complex technical material
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Maintaining self-control while defusing stressful customer situations
• SQL knowledge

Good  to have:

• Prior technical support experience
• Knowledge of Sports betting, Sportbook and Casino games
• General understanding of Atlassian tools such as Jira

The salary package will be discussed during the interview process and is based upon experience.
