Facility Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Planning and execution of predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Maintenance of processes and documentation in accordance with the requirements of the standards applicable to the enterprise
Regular analyzes and reporting on the implemented activities.
Technical technological and operational documentation for facility maintenance and supply systems
Planning, analysis of needs and ordering of tools, spare parts and consumables
Maintenance of the facility and the entire accompanying equipment (Air conditioning and ventilation, Fire protection system, Electrical installations, Gas installations, Water supply network)
Organization of an external company for cleaning in the facility

Job Requirements

Technical university Degree (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering preferred)
Foreign Languages: English (working proficiency), German (working proficiency)
Advanced computer skills ( MS Excel, MS Project, Power Point, AutoCAD
Previous experience in automotive industry
Ability to be adaptable and flexible in a constantly changing environment.
