For our Client, well established production company from automotive industry,

KROMBERG & SCHUBERT, for their Skopje production location, we are looking for:   

 

PLANT OPERATIONS MANAGER 

 

Plant operations managers direct and supervise the day-to-day production operations of the production plant in the Production, Logistics, IE and Quality departments.

Their job description involves overseeing the activities of technical personnel to ensure efficient and safe work operations.

• In performing his/her duties develops and implements action plans for achieving production & quality targets.
• Conducts assessment of plant operational procedures to identify areas of inefficiency and initiate action plan for improvement.
• Also, together with the Department Managers is involved in allocating and managing of resources in order to achieve optimal quality standards, performance and efficiency in a plant.
• Together with Top Management develops and implements strategies to increase production output at optimal costs.
• Reports directly to the Technical and Commercial Plant Managers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in technical areas (industrial engineering, industrial management) or in any other similar course.
• Previous experience working in automotive on a leadership role
• Professional English & MS Office
• Good time management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
