Test Management Engineer (f/m)
Location: Skopje

Purpose of the job
The purpose of this position to establish a testing standard across the SOS Connect projects.
The position will be responsible to orchestrate End-to-End (E2E) Testing and provide insights to the product teams on the overall quality within independent products and across the Connect SOS technology stack along with automation testing as one of the major pillars of testing.
Connect SOS is an umbrella initiative, which connects the following sub-projects:
- Results Based Management of Finances (RBMF) to align financial management processes with the RBM methodology
- Dynamics 365 (D365) for financial and human resource management
- ProDIGI as global system for Programme and Grant Management based on Salesforce
This position needs to work closely with the product team members/Business Analysts/System Analysts to drive the E2E testing process.
This position will be accountable for providing a global consolidated view of the testing results within the Connect Project landscape and/or other software products within the SOS technology stack.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Setup Connect SOS Integrated Test Plan
- Based on input from the Connect SOS projects, define a scalable testing process with a “Shift Left Approach” to ensure system analysts can execute testing within minimum efforts
- Documentation of test plan architectures
- Create and establish an automated testing E2E (End-to-End) solution for Connect SOS
- Support the Product Teams by establishing Testing standards e.g.: Test Case Templates/ Test plan Templates etc.
- Help create Project Test plans and align with the Programme Management team regarding testing deliverables
- Coordinate the test execution and test result data collection within the Connect SOS technology stack
- Define and establish Testing KPIs across the Connect SOS project
- Create and define a Pro-active early threat detection process to help product teams manage the defect-to-fix lifecycle
- Co-ordinate and train system analysts on using automated testing tools and to write automated test scripts
- Lead the implementation of a Connect SOS Testing KPI Dashboard
- Assess, improve, streamline software quality management approaches and tools across the SOS system landscape
Requirements
- University degree, ideally in Information Systems/Business Informatics/IT Management
- At least 3 years of experience with end-to-end testing across different technologies
- A minimum of 1 implementation of test-automation in projects across products (e.g different ERP systems, SAAS products, on-prem products etc.)
- Technical skills and experience with automation technologies like Tosca, Selenium, Soap UI etc.
- Fluent English language skills
