Main responsibilities of the selected candidate will be:

• Preparation and development of calculations, technical specifications, and takeover conditions, as well as development of technical components of offers

• Organization and conducting of technical-promotional discussions with clients during the implementation of new products

• Active cooperation in creating planning documentation and investment elaborates in the field of production and technical-technological processes

• Complete project management – from initial order to final approval for serial production

• Coordination of the development, production, and verification process of prototypes for new products and trial tools

• Management of the ordering process, monitoring, and administration of reprocessing tools

• Preparation of detailed cost analysis related to projects

• Collaboration with external partners, institutions, and suppliers within the scope of project tasks implementation

• Management of product lifecycle and monitoring during their active usage period

• Control and analysis of product profitability (ROS – Return on Sales) during their market lifecycle

• Active participation in measurement and audit processes (R&R – Repeatability and Reproducibility)

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment

• Adherence to safety standards and regulations regarding occupational safety and environmental protection

• Performing additional tasks according to acquired expertise and training

Working conditions:

The position requires the use of protective equipment, 40 hours per week / 8 hours per day, working with deadlines, and international communication (mandatory knowledge and speaking of English).
Location: LTH Learnica DOOEL Ohrid.
