JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Consultant - Recruitment at LEORON play a vital roles in driving the recruitment strategy within the framework of the Train to Hire Service. This role requires an experienced professional adept in navigating high-volume, dynamic recruitment environments. The primary objective is to efficiently manage end-to-end recruitment processes, foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and enhance candidate sourcing through innovative techniques to help clients meet their hiring targets effectively.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree (Human Resources, Business Administration) OBLIGATORY
• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong background in managing complex recruitment cycles. Experience within Saudi Arabia or similar markets is highly advantageous.
• Proven track record in recruitment including both agency and in-house setting.
• At least 2 years Key account management experience is highly advantageous.

MAJOR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and refine recruitment strategies to attract relevant talent and create sustainable talent pipelines.
• Mentor the work of recruitment consultants and coordinators.
• Develop robust candidate sourcing channels and enhance the recruitment process.
• Liaise with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
• Utilize advanced recruitment technologies and platforms to streamline the hiring process.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Engage in networking events and professional groups to represent LEORON and attract potential clients and candidates.
• Provide insights into market trends to keep the team updated and strategies relevant
