Field Application Engineer 
 
Position responsibilities and duties:

• Monitoring technological trends and identifying the impact to our portfolio and business;
• Communication between Business Units / Product Managers / Engineers and Customers;
• Working on specific projects / campaigns - Drive Sales campaigns: Market research, identifying EMEA electronic trends and finding competetive product range, identifying new product ideas & developments, coordination with the different EMEA regions;
• Project involvement: direct contact with the customer, evaluation of customers applications, proposals of the best solutions from our portfolio, follow up with the customers, collaboration with the EMEA sales team;
• Own and drive the EMEA web technical and sample requests: share / push / drive; any opportunity that fits the KEMET profile of interesting business (regardless of head or tail business);
• Drive the EMEA Training programs: Webinars / Skype, Applications training, Customer Support training, Distribution Training. 

Required qualifications and skills:

• University Degree in an Electronics discipline
• Experience in the field for at least 2 years 
• Excellent written and spoken English 
• Keen interest in all things technology related 
• Ability to communicate over the digital platform; over the phone or face to face 
• Team player
