Vita Media Group in Skopje is looking for a new Java Developer.
Vita Media Group is a frontrunner in the world of iGaming, lead generation and affiliate marketing.

With a dedicated data-driven approach we ensure that our users always find exactly what they are looking for. We operate in the iGaming and financial services verticals, where our vast experience enables us to recognize customer needs and provide optimal solutions and appropriate action.

About You

• Are highly skilled in developing Java-based software.
• Have participated in the development of larger Java projects with other developers.
• Understand how to write efficient, scalable and testable code.
• Understand the benefit of having an automated test suite and you are willing to actively participate in keeping it up to date.
• Can come up with suggestions for improvements and spot issues before they arise

Responsibilities

• Take a key role in implementing a new version of our messaging platform for sending emails, SMS, and push notifications.
• Become responsible for maintaining the new messaging platform.
• Develop new features according to a given specification.

Requirements

• Java 8
• SQL (Postgres dialect)
• Git, ssh, shell scripting
• Good understanding of design patterns, data structures, and concurrent programming Cloud infrastructure management – AWS tools

Nice to have

• Angular 2+, Javascript/Typescript.
• University degree in a related field (Computer Science or Software Engineering)
• Domain knowledge of iGaming, affiliate, or marketing software development
