Our client GENTHERM, a global developer of innovative thermal management technologies for the automotive industry offers the following and exciting career opportunity in Prilep, Macedonia:

• PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

ОПИС НА РАБОТНОТО МЕСТО

• Manage certain production area by establishing the structure, KPI’s, dialy meetings, training plan for subordinates, control of all costs coming from cost center he/she is responsible for;
• Establish standards in his/her production area and follow up if the standards are kept – implement layered process audits;
• Manage the resources of the respective production area ( people, materials, tools, equipment). Make sure that all resources are controlled, quantified and planned properly.
• Provide daily control and follow up of all process available at the respective production area;
• Defines, maintain and follow up KPI’s of the area, define corrective actions in case KPI’s are not met;
• Controls the stocks in production, over consumption, scrap rate, material deviations , defines corrective actions in case they are out of target;
• Checks the accuracy of training matrixes, requests from HR updates in case of new processes, new people. Makes sure that training material is available and up to date;
• Reduces costs in the respective production area by making workshops, training for people within her/his production area.
• Promotes 5S, Kaizen, ESS and CI philosophy in the respected area;
• Participates in daily failure analysis, KPI meetins ( LPMS ). Takes part in customer complaint investigations;
• Follows quality management systems for ISO/TS 16949,OHSAS 18001 and 14001;
• Regularly reports to Production Manager about the KPI’s , corrective actions in case of deviationsParticipates in 5S audits, provides actions  and takes countermeasures in case of deviations.

ПОТРЕБНИ КВАЛИФИКАЦИИ

• Preferably Engineering Degree ( electrical or mechanical engineer);
• Minimum 2-3 years in production management position, preferably in automotive industry; 
• Good command of Microsoft Office package  ( Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
• Good command of English;
• Driving license, B category.
