Our client is LIV Enterprises Inc., a logistic company which offers award-winning transportation solution, with HQ in Chicago, IL and Miami, FL.
They are operating a fleet of more than 80 experienced drivers and 60 dedicated office staff. For the need of their growing team based in Skopje’s office, DEKRA is looking for:

RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST FOR DISPATCHERS AND FREIGHT BROKERS
(2 positions)

JOB DECSRITION:

• Coordinate with HR manager to identify staffing needs
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• View applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, initial assessments and interviews

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a recruiter / talent sourcer / talent acquisition specialist
• Proficient in the use of various recruitment tools, job boards and social media networks (active adequate usage of LinkedIn is a must)
• Proficiency in MS Office proficiency (Word and Excel)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to represent the company in a positive and professional manner when interfacing with candidates
• A calm and proactive person who can work both independently and as part of a team
