PURCHASING (SOURCING) DIRECTOR

Location: Skopje

Work model: On-site

Role Overview

Operational responsibility for the purchasing function at plant level. Strategic purchasing according to corporate procedures. Communication and functioning in a matrix organization. Oversees the purchasing activities for all direct/indirect materials and services, supplier management, commercial negotiations. Leader of an experienced and small team. High level of integrity and professionalism.

Requirements

• University Degree in Engineering, Business or Finance.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Purchasing in various related positions (Commodities, project) with proven results. Strong preference for relevant purchasing experience within manufacturing environment.
• Experience in international environment.
• Management experience.
• Leadership ability.
• Communication skills.
• Problem solving & Decision making.
• Negotiation skills.
• Resilience to work under pressure.
• Excellent English language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
