About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with an IT background to support the day-to-day coordination of our technology projects, client requests, internal tasks, and sales activities.

The role requires someone organised, technically confident, and able to take ownership of requests from the moment they are received until they are completed.

You will coordinate between clients, management, developers, and other team members, ensuring that tickets, bugs, feature requests, deadlines, and follow-ups are properly tracked and resolved.

The role also includes supporting business development and sales activities when required.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review, and manage client and internal support requests
• Create, assign, and follow up on tickets and development tasks
• Coordinate with developers and technical teams until issues are resolved
• Track deadlines, priorities, pending items, and project progress
• Test completed tasks and confirm requirements have been delivered correctly
• Maintain clear records of requests, updates, decisions, and outstanding actions
• Follow up with clients and internal stakeholders
• Assist with WordPress websites and basic technical tasks
• Research technical issues and possible solutions before escalation
• Support onboarding and implementation of new clients
• Participate in client meetings and prepare follow-up actions
• Support sales outreach, prospect research, presentations, and demonstrations
• Assist with proposals and follow up with prospective clients
• Maintain CRM and project management systems accurately

Requirements

• Background in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar field
• Good understanding of websites, software systems, and basic IT concepts
• Familiarity with WordPress
• Comfortable working with ticketing, CRM, or project management platforms
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills
• Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate them clearly
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients
• Commercial mindset and willingness to support sales activities
• Strong research and problem-solving skills
