On behalf of our client Perutnina Ptuj, one of the most successful poultry meat producers in Europe, DEKRA is looking for:

• Head of Marketing and Trade Marketing

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Cooperation with the marketing and development service at Group level (Slovenia);
• In cooperation with the other marketing departments within the Group (Slovenia) will work on the planning and implementation of the company's marketing strategy, including the digital (Facebook and Instagram) channels of communication;
• Cooperation with external companies;
• Monitoring the market, the competition, and preparing ideas for supplementing the existing ones and creating new marketing approaches;
• Help in the management process of trade categories;
• Cooperation with key account managers for sales, during the process of drawing up plans for action activities;
• Coordination during the implementation of sales (trade) activities with key buyers;
• Realization of planned and agreed marketing-sales activities with individual key buyers (preparation of POS materials, printing of the same, promotions at the point of sale, flyers with key buyers, procurement of POP materials);
• Planning and coordinating ATL activities (outdoor, TV campaign);
• Planning and coordinating (in-store) promotions and tastings;
• Management of promotional materials (planning, procurement, inventory management);
• Monitoring and analysis of the success of organizing promotions and promotional activities at sales points.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in economics (preferred marketing); 
• Minimum 2-3 years on similar job positions;
• Excellent knowledge of English language;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
• Driving licence (B category).
