As a Finance and Reporting Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Creating, sending, and following up on invoices
• Assisting in the creation and setting budgets
• Maintaining databases and performing updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
• Accurately analyzing and collecting data for various types of business reports
• Creating Cost Analysis Reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
• Creating Sales Reports to identify sales patterns and areas for improvement, comparing actual sales data to revenue projections and expectations
• Providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 1+ year experience in a similar position, preferably in SAAS industry 
• Familiarity with business principles and practices
• Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
• Superior attention to detail
• Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
• Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
• Experience using Microsoft Suite (mainly Excel) and other accounting and data input software
