Of behalf of our client, we are looking for a curious, perseverant, and purpose driven candidate for the position of:

 

RETAIL HEAD

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for the organisation and management of the Retail BU in N. Macedonia. Defines the strategies and operations of the organizational unit and ensures the achievement of short and long term team objectives through the effective management of human resources, products and processes. Establishes and develops relationships with key customers and ensures alignment between the global strategy on projects and Sandoz N. Macedonia's needs on RX&OTC product activities. Designs innovative, value-added product-related services to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

 

QUALIFICATION

• 5 years of successful managerial experience in the pharmaceutical industry in regional and/or central roles;
• University degree in bioscience or business;
• Significant medical and scientific knowledge, including business strategies and market trends;

 

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Demonstrated leadership skills in attracting and developing teams and talents;
• Strong customer orientation. Strong relationships with opinion leaders in the scientific/ medical community;
• Excellent communications, influencing, negotiation and presentation skills;
• Culture role model in developing high performing teams;
