HEAD OF SALES

Purpose of the position

• B2B Sales; Team Leader of department driven by sales; Business Development;

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with high profile clients
• Experience in telco, banking, commercial real-estate, insurance B2B sales is highly desired.
• Developed sales and negotiation skills, proven track-record of closing deals
• Ability as a valuable advice – giver
• High sense for networking
• Willingness for informal meetings with potential clients
• Corporate attitude and looks
• Team spirit, but also individual goal – setter
• Self-driven and eager to learn personality; patience and consistency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English and Macedonian languages
• Driver’s License desired
