Keitaro is hiring an experienced Visual Designer with at least two years of experience in the industry. We develop top-notch solutions and are looking to expand our team. If you want to work in a dynamic atmosphere and are ready to learn and grow along the way, join us at some of our existing offices or remotely.  In your role as a visual designer, your tasks will consist of collaborating with the team to define requirements, iterate on design solutions, and contribute expertise for a variety of projects.

One of the key aspects of your role is creating digital assets for a wide range of platforms, including websites and apps, social media, and advertising.

Required skills

• Excellent Visual Design skills

• Ability to translate creative concepts into visual design

• Excellent knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch.

• Proven experience in a professional digital design role.

• A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity. 

• Experience with user-centered design

• Brilliant attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills

• A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ideas from concept to execution

• Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards.

• Propose creative digital solutions for different marketing campaigns

• Preparing briefs for each project and presenting design ideas to all the relevant stakeholders.

• Providing advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events.

• Design on-brand creative solutions for a variety of uses: website, landing pages, email newsletters, social media graphics, promotional campaigns, online marketing materials (PDFs, e-books), etc.

• Translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

• Design and prepare print materials (mugs, t-shirts, banners, backpacks, etc.)

• Collaborate daily with other members of the marketing team to deliver designs that are creative, useful, and align with technical and brand standards

• Be involved in creative brainstorming sessions as part of the marketing team.
