For Adient’s plant in Shtip, DEKRA is looking for:

• Quality Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establishing and maintaining quality and quality procedures of the manufacturing process;
• Effective use of quality tools in the production and evaluation of the results;
• Supporting the teams in the production department;
• Continuous improvement of the process and quality system in cooperation with process owners.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience on same or similar position in quality in automotive industry;
• Fluent English skills both verbal and written;
• Technical skills in other automotive companies; sewing, sewing machines will be an advantage
• Experience with quality management systems standards-IATF 16949:2016 and VDA 6.3 : 2016 process audit will be an advantage;
• Demonstrated knowledge of APQP, PPAP;
• Demonstrated application of advanced quality tools including SPC,8D, 5-Why, or other formats, Control Plans, PFMEA, etc;
• PS skills- EXCEL, WORD, Internet, AutoCAD advantage;
• "I can" approach;
• Highly motivated, self-starter, ability to work with minimal supervision.
