About the job

We wouldn’t be the industry leader without our successful marketing team. We’re seeking for Marketing Director to oversee our global marketing function and lead the teams in Skopje and Belgrade. As a Marketing Director you will be responsible for the development of company’s marketing strategy for the existing and new potential international markets.

What you'll do:

• Strategize, plan, execute, manage, and optimize end-to-end marketing and digital marketing activities
• Plan a budget for the implementation of the marketing strategy/plan by country and department in accordance with the organizational goals
• Recommend and implement new and modern digital marketing opportunities, capabilities, and tactics and suggests improvements
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of performance-based digital marketing strategies, a strong operational mindset and skill that delivers KPI’s
• Create, develop, and evaluate the company's marketing strategy for placing products on the international market
• Conduct research on the market in which we want to be present; to be up to date with trends, and recommend activities for brand positioning in that market
• Execute weekly/monthly meetings with our salespeople to confirm campaigns in accordance with their sales activities
• Coordinate marketing projects from start to finish
• Research and identify new leads from potential new and existing customers and thus support sales
• Participate in developing promotions/campaigns with marketing specialists from the team
• Give ideas for promotional events and activities and be responsible for successful implementation
• Monitor the professional development of people in the team, provides guidance and feedback
• Participate in strategy development for building brand awareness and positioning
• Responsible for the successful presentation of our brand through the production/creation of competitive marketing material (proposals, packages, publications, presentations..)
• Responsible for the implementation and successful use of reports (google analytics, digital ads - fb, linkedin, instagram)

 

Who you are:

• Possess strategic mindset, 5+ years in the marketing industry, at least 3+ years of leading teams and digital marketing functions
• Previous experience in the IT industry or an education from the technical universities is strongly recommended
• Experience with paid media channels, paid search, SEO, and other digital marketing capabilities
• Fluent in English language
• Interested in professional development and take on new challenges
• Affectionate and professional
