Main Responsibilities

Deployment, management and maintenance of computers, servers and other network devices

Active participation in technical meetings to improve our solutions

Evaluation of technical requirements, and delivery of ad hoc solutions

Maintenance of infrastructure documentation

Systems technical support for internal and external customers
Profile

IT Bachelor’s Degree or experience equivalent.
-
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Applicants must be willing to work in Skopje.

Basic IT operations and engineering background.

Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Ability to Multi-Task and be resourceful.

Strong communication and organization skills.

Required Skills

Experience with Open Source and Microsoft web servers and reverse-proxy (Apache, IIS, Nginx)

Experience with Microsoft SAAS solutions (Office365, SharePoint, AzureAD)

Skills in Linux and Microsoft operating systems (Debian, Ubuntu, Windows)
-
Knowledge of networking, routing, VPNs (IPSec, OpenVPN, PPTP protocols)
-
Virtualization experience (VMWare)
-
Basic knowledge of database servers (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, MongoDB)

Basic scripting skills (Bash, Python)

Knowledge of network monitoring and tools

Competent with mainstream office automation, project management, and communications tools.
Beneficial Skills

Experience in Azure, AWS or GCP

Working experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Azure DevOps

Infrastructure as a code experience (Terraform)
