iPlay Platform is an international iGaming company, with offices through Israel, Serbia & now Skopje. The platform is expanding their Skopje office. On behalf of our client, DEKRA is looking for:

  CRM Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Create, execute and optimize CRM campaigns from scratich using all channels, such as Email, SMS, Push, recorded calls and more;
• Create and execute automated customers journeys;
• Monitor and analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify opportunities for growth;
• Manage and maintain customer data(creating and crediting bonuses);
• Collaborate with sport manager and design team to create campaigns for customers across multiple channels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year experience in CRM, Marketing or a related field
• Strong analytical skills;
• Excellent communications and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in CRM tools;
• Knowledge of email marketing/ email campaigns.
