HR SPECILAIST

Are you a people-oriented professional with a passion for recruitment, strong administrative skills, and a flair for providing excellent support?

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract top talent
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

🔹 HR Administration

• Handle employment contracts, employee records, and HR documentation
• Support payroll, leave management, and HR compliance processes
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures

🔹 Internal & External Support

• Act as a point of contact for employees, responding to HR-related inquiries
• Provide timely support to internal departments and external candidates/clients
• Assist with internal communication and employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
✅ 2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment and administrative support
✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
✅ Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (ATS, HRIS, etc.)
✅ Customer-focused mindset and a proactive attitude
