What You’ll Do

• Support Report Creation:
  Assist in creating and maintaining performance reports by market and channel (SMS, email, Facebook Ads, etc.) using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Weekly Performance Tracking:
  Help prepare weekly performance reports and assist in highlighting key metrics and trends.
• Affiliate Data Monitoring:
  Support the tracking and analysis of affiliate performance using Voonix and other tools.
• QuickSight Dashboard Assistance:
  Contribute to updating and improving Amazon QuickSight dashboards and reports.
• Data Validation:
  Assist in checking partner and affiliate back-ends to ensure data accuracy.
• Channel Analysis:
  Help analyze marketing channel effectiveness and contribute to identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ad Hoc Support:
  Provide support for custom reports and analyses as needed by various teams.
• Team Collaboration:
  Work closely with colleagues across departments, learning from experienced analysts and marketers.
• Process Improvement:
  Eager to learn and proactively identify opportunities to integrate AI into processes

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduate or final-year student in a quantitative field (Economics, Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, etc.)
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and a passion for exploring data
• Positive, optimistic attitude and willingness to learn
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Team player who enjoys working collaboratively

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with BI tools (Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI)
• Exposure to affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce
• Basic understanding of data automation or integrating data sources
• Knowledge of data visualization or dashboard design
• Experience with project management or collaboration tools
