Agile Pro Solutions (APS), headquartered in the USA, is expanding its operations team in Skopje and is looking for an experienced International Logistics Specialist to join our growing team.
If you have hands-on experience coordinating US domestic freight, international shipments, LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) transportation, we want to hear from you.
Working hours: Monday – Friday 14:00 – 22:00, on-site in Skopje.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage US domestic and international shipments from pickup to delivery
- Book and track LTL, FTL, air, ocean, and intermodal shipments
- Communicate with carriers, brokers, warehouses, and customers to ensure smooth transportation operations
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delivery issues, delays, and exceptions
- Negotiate rates and secure capacity with transportation providers
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, invoices, and freight records
- Maintain accurate shipment updates and reporting in logistics software and transportation management systems (TMS)
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and logistics partners
Requirements
- Mandatory experience in US and international logistics operations
- Mandatory hands-on experience with LTL freight
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics coordination, supply chain, or transportation operations
- Strong understanding of transportation modes, routing, and shipment planning
- Experience working with US carriers, brokers, and shippers
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Experience with TMS, freight management platforms, or logistics software is an advantage
