Agile Pro Solutions (APS), headquartered in the US, is currently expanding its team in Skopje.

We are seeking a highly motivated, persuasive, and results‑driven Senior Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will focus on outbound B2B cold calling for the U.S. market, identifying, qualifying, and engaging business owners who may benefit from our client’s services. This position requires strong cold‑calling abilities, a solid understanding of sales processes, and the confidence to communicate effectively with decision‑makers across various industries.

  • Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to U.S. business owners using company databases and various prospecting channels.
  • Understand and articulate the value of our client’s services to convert leads into active sales opportunities.
  • Promote and represent the program with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Schedule follow‑up calls as needed during the sales process.
  • Maintain an active prospect list and build trust-based relationships by understanding each business owner’s needs.
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and progression of leads.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine processes and optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including outreach targets, conversions, and document collection.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in tele-sales, cold calling, B2B sales - preferred (SDR's/BDR's are welcomed).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Confidence engaging business owners and decision‑makers over the phone.
  • Ability to explain the program in a clear, formal and simple manner.
  • Highly proactive and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed expectations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Team‑player mentality with a willingness to learn and adapt.
