We are looking for a "Local Information Security Officer" for our offices in Skopje. 

Responsibilities:

• Implementation and maintenance of the ISMS on local level for all projects of the site (e.g. service provider management, BCM, project management, ...)                                
• Functional report to and liaison with the RISO Majorel GEE or the responsible Country-ISO, support in their activities, reports and audits                
• Contact person for topics around ISMS, escalation of security incidents "Consulting of accounts and departments"     
• Consulting of accounts and departments                                                                                  
• Development and implementation of standard solutions to establish information security      Execution of management reviews, provision of required reports                
• Participation in the further development of the regulatory framework                
• Performance of site inspections
• Participation and execution of audits 
• Local process optimization    

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training and 2-3 years of professional experience or completed studies (computer science, business informatics, law)
• Several years of service center experience or experience in information security, IT or comparable fields
• Very good knowledge of English as well as knowledge of the local language
• Basic experience in project or quality management 
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Communication and presentation skills, intercultural understanding
• Very good office skills
• Assertiveness
• Desirable advanced training according to CISSP, CISA or other common IT or information security standards
• Desirable basic knowledge of IT (hardening of IT systems, network infrastructures and operating systems) and knowledge of IT and information security requirements
• Basic knowledge of security standards ISO 27001, BSI IT Grundschutz, PCI-DSS, OWASP, or similar is desirable.     
• Basic experience in the area of audits and reviews is desirable
• Willingness to travel, driver's license

Training period:

 Depending on pre-qualification (appr. 3-6 months)

Information Security / Privacy Policy:

• The Local Information Security Officer (LISO) is a position with significant security relevance.

The LISO processes security concepts of the Majorel and of clients as well as relevant compliance, data protection and general security incidents. In addition, the LISO has access to contracts with principals and service providers, audit results, and security assessments.
