Title: Cyber Security Analyst L1 / SOC Analyst

Due to the continued growth of our business and the expansion of our team, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Cyber Security Analyst L1 / SOC Analyst

What You’ll Do - Key responsibilities:

• Monitor security events and alerts across SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, cloud, network, identity, and other approved security platforms - 24/7 shift rotation.
• Perform initial alert triage and identify benign, suspicious, or malicious activity.
• Create and maintain accurate incident tickets with findings and evidence.
• Support incident response activities under SOC guidance and established procedures.
• Use SIEM, EDR, SOAR, threat intelligence, case management, and vulnerability management tools.
• Participate in training, simulations, and post-incident reviews to continuously improve monitoring and response capabilities.
• Follow SOC playbooks and established incident response procedures.

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ year of experience in IT, cybersecurity, system administration, or network administration.
• Knowledge of SIEM, EDR, network security, and vulnerability management.
• Strong Windows and basic Linux skills.
• Good understanding of networking and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Ability to analyze logs and investigate security alerts.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, Wazuh, FortiSIEM, SentinelOne, or similar tools.
• Exposure to Azure/AWS/GCP, threat intelligence, CTFs, or penetration testing.
• Security certifications such as Security+, SC-200, BTL1, SAL1, E|CSS, or C|CND.
