Adeva is looking for an Account Manager whose job is building long-standing relationships with our existing clients, and becoming an integral factor of their success with our community. You will be required to manage and improve your portfolio and provide phenomenal service.

In this role, you will position Adeva as a strategic partner that can help fuel their growth by building world-class technical teams. 

Responsibilities 

• You will act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
• You will work collaboratively with our Sales, Talent, Finance, and Legal teams to efficiently fulfill client needs.
• Have regular calls with clients, understand the business objectives, and identify where we can help our partners grow.
• Build upon existing client relationships and execute account plans.
• Establish a strong history of increased business across your portfolio of clients.
• Own & lead customers through the contract renewal process.
• Ability to identify growth and expansion opportunities within your portfolio of clients.
• Address and resolve any issues that might come up with your assigned clients and customers
• Onboard new clients and customers and help them out on their journey. Provide an excellent experience to the newly joined accounts.  
• Continuously improve your personal skills and attributes.

Requirements

• Fluent English and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• 1-3 years of experience in account management and relationship-building with small to medium companies with a track record of success.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly negotiate and reach consensus across diverse groups/teams
• Appetite for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Ability to engage varied audiences.
• Comfortable working autonomously.
• Energetic self-starter with the ability to work independently, in a competitive environment.
• Highly detail-oriented - we value quality over quantity.
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
