The Role
We are looking for an Email Marketing Assistant in Skopje. This is an entry-level job where we will train you in research and lead generation. Your job is to find the right people for our marketing team to contact and make sure their info is 100% correct.

What You’ll Do
- Research: Find companies and managers who would want to attend our events.
- Verify: Double-check names and emails to keep our bounce rate below 2%.
- Organize: Keep our lists clean and ready for our marketing campaigns.
- Deliver: Hit your weekly and monthly goals for finding new leads.

What We Need From You
- A university degree.
- Good English (speaking and writing).
- Good skills in Excel, LinkedIn, and searching the web.
- A sharp eye for detail - you don't miss the small mistakes.
- Someone who is okay with repetitive work and hitting daily targets.
