Role Description

We’re looking for a full-time, on-site Sales Agent to join our vibrant team at Kral Group AB in Skopje. If you’re a motivated and dynamic individual who loves working with people and closing deals, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B clients across Europe.
• Communicating with clients (especially in Italy, Germany, France, and other European markets) to help them find the right vehicles.
• Managing the entire sales process, from the first conversation to the final delivery.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with passion.
• Negotiating deals and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Collaborating closely with the internal team to achieve targets and celebrate successes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in English is a must; additional languages such as Italian, German, French, or other European languages are highly preferred.
• Sales experience (B2B and/or automotive industry experience is a big plus).
• Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive and independent attitude, while also thriving in a team environment.
• Knowledge of the automotive and export industry is an advantage, but a passion to learn is just as important.
