We are looking for IT enthusiasts to join our team as a Managed Services Team Leader.   

Your main responsibilities will be:   

• Ensure the engineering team delivers quality solutions following standards and policy  
• Support the team in its daily activity and continuous improvement   
• Planning and prioritization for improvements to services, standards, technologies and processes  
• Define the standards of existing technologies as well as research and propose future technologies  
• Intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues  
• Ensure discussions and decisions lead toward closure  
• Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule  
• Maintain an atmosphere of professionalism and respect among the team and company  
• Keep the management informed of task accomplishment, issues, and status  
• Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with other teams  
• Escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team  
• Provide guidance to the team based on management direction

The ideal candidate to be the Team Leader of the Engineering Team would be someone who is highly motivated to tackle problems, provide unique solutions regardless of the circumstances and takes pleasure is seeing the team grow around them.  Their position will put them in exciting situations with a diverse verity of challenges, projects, people and technologies.  Each project that the engineering team engages brings new opportunities in Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Elastic Search, AWS and other exciting new challenges.  Collaboration with other teams located in Belgium, Macedonia, France and Indonesia gives a global context and a unique experience for colleagues.  This person thrives being in the trenches with the team while also being a highly effective communicator with management and other stakeholders.  They should support the team, protect the team, remove roadblocks for the team, but as well as not block the process.  Delivery and finding a solution together are always the results and goals at the end of the day.
