What We Look For
We are seeking a motivated Training Consultant for our Certified Programs unit to promote and sell certified training solutions while building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate combines a consultative sales approach with strong customer orientation and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and engage potential clients and organizations.
- Build and maintain a robust database of prospects and clients.
- Deliver structured phone and online presentations of certified programs.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with prospects and clients.
- Provide tailored training solutions based on client needs and objectives.
- Manage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
- Promote certified programs through social media and digital channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, demand, and competitive offerings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution and client satisfaction.
- Support overall business unit objectives and revenue targets.
- Occasional travel to GCC countries may be required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, Communication, Languages, or related field.
- Master’s degree is considered an advantage.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and resilient in sales environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and client interactions.
