IT SYSTEM ENGINEER

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Administration, modification, testing and maintenance of current software applications;
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting software issues;
• Providing software technical support for Call Center Operations;
• Analysis of customer needs and production of reports for call center business purposes;
• Creation of technical specification documents as per call center business requirements.

Desired skills & experience:

• Any kind of experience in SW development with one of the following languages: VB.Net, C#.Net, Java & C# object oriented programming;
• Experience with SQL database management;
• Basic knowledge of telecommunication such as PBX (VoIP) Administration and CTI technologies;
• Basic knowledge on network distribution technology;
• Familiar with Windows OS and Linux OS environments;
• Familiar with Web Services operations.

Other requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering or related subject;
• Fluency in English and strong PC literacy;
• Ability to work within tight deadlines.
