Synergy Sports is a market-leader in automated-video production for indoor sports. It allows fans, players, teams, leagues, federations, coaches, officials, marketeers and even broadcasters the opportunity to access high-quality video content in real-time to accomplish their own set of goals & objectives.

As a Monitoring Agent you will:

• Follow processes, procedures and workflows and keep up to date with new updated procedures
• Pre check games-Monitor system events prior to live games 
• Monitor all defined Live games
• Create and escalate support tickets as necessary  
• Follow up on tickets previously opened 
• Keep up to date with all internal new product features and past week issues
• Capture knowledge from new issue resolution and share in the Knowledge Base 
• Remotely set up cameras in new sports arenas
• Work hours: 2 days throughout the week 14:30-22:30 

Requirements: 

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Any other language is a plus
• Familiarity with IT systems 
• Autonomous; positive and analytical mindset; self-starter; a customer-oriented person
• Ability to clearly analyze and document customer issues

Brownie points for:

• Bachelor/Diploma in Computer science (or equivalent experience) 
• Networking/ Linux OS 
• Ability to translate technical solutions into non-tech vocabulary 
• Good communication skills 
• Familiarity with video and photography
• Knowledge transfer enthusiast
• Working in a procedural environment
• Appreciation for sports
