The Role: Junior Office Manager 

At InPlayer, we believe in a fun, positive, and safe workplace. But offices do not run smoothly on their own. We need someone to make the magic happen. Your responsibilities include:

• Being in charge of all logistics and act as a go-to person
• Maintaining a high standard of organization in the office
• Welcoming guests, answering the door, and accepting mail
• Maintaining inventory and supply levels (ordering food, drink, equipment, office supplies)
• Organizing any repairs or maintenance work required
• Responsible for all administrative duties, management of personnel records and employee data
• Managing all travel at InPlayer
• Working closely with other teams to ensure alignment on employee experience
• Assisting our CEO and COO with ongoing and special tasks and projects
• Planning company celebrations

We're looking for:

• Experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and spoken English, with outstanding communications skills
• Experience with basic office software
• Ability to communicate externally and internally in a timely fashion with high volume
• Ability to multitask a variety of projects, and pay attention to the details – all while keeping a positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 10 kg
• Exceptionally strong ownership and “can-do” attitude, requiring little guidance
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated mindset. You get stuff done!
