Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Skopje - Hybrid

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

As Finance Manager, you will oversee the financial health of the company while also acting as a consultant for our clients implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). Internally, you will provide strategic financial guidance, ensure compliance, and align financial practices with organizational goals. Externally, you will support clients in adopting Business Central by sharing best practices, designing financial processes, and helping them optimize ERP functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Provide senior management with financial insights, recommendations, and risk assessments.
• Monitor cash flow, investment opportunities, and cost-control measures.
• Oversee compliance with IFRS/GAAP, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
• Manage banking, investor, and financial institution relationships.
• Ensure robust internal controls are in place.
• Mentor and develop the finance team.
• Serve as a Finance Consultant for Business Central clients:
• Gather client requirements and map them to BC financial modules.
• Advise on financial reporting, tax compliance, and ERP best practices.
• Support Business Central implementations with testing, training, and process design.
• Provide client workshops and ongoing support for financial functionality.

Qualifications:

• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s a plus)
• Professional certification (CPA, CFA, ACCA) preferred.
• Extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, especially Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Consulting or client-facing ERP implementation experience is highly desirable.
