As a junior Administrative and Finance Assistant you will be responsible for: 

• Keeping track of employees’ contracts and annexes database
• Preparing contract templates 
• Creating, sending, and following up on administrative documentation 
• Coordination with the legal team for new hires 
• Following up on invoices’ status
• Accurately analysing and collecting data for various types of business reports
• Providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
• Completing and preparing expenses documentation
  
  Requirements: 
    
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Superior attention to details
• 1+ year experience in a similar position, preferably in SAAS industry 
• Familiarity with business principles and practices
• Understanding of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
• Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
• Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
• Experience using Microsoft Suite (mainly Excel) and other accounting and data input software
