Procurement Manager

SEG is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and optimize the company's procurement function across strategic, tactical, and operational activities. This role is responsible for ensuring cost-effective, timely, compliant, and high-quality sourcing of goods, services, materials, and equipment while supporting business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans
  • Lead category management, spend analysis, cost optimization, and savings initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement processes, including RFQs, RFPs, tenders, supplier selection, and contract execution
  • Conduct strategic negotiations with suppliers and manage key vendor relationships to secure optimal commercial terms and service levels
  • Oversee supplier performance, risk management, and continuous supplier development
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including contract negotiation, implementation, compliance, renewals, and dispute resolution
  • Lead procurement activities related to CAPEX investments, construction, infrastructure, and other strategic projects
  • Ensure effective planning and availability of materials, equipment, and services while optimizing inventory levels
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain and procurement risks, ensuring business continuity and alternative sourcing strategies
  • Monitor procurement budgets, spending, savings realization, and financial performance while ensuring procurement activities remain within approved budgets
  • Support operational procurement requirements across business units, including facilities, fleet, telecommunications, office supplies, maintenance, and other operational categories
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, governance standards, and procurement best practices
  • Coordinate procurement activities across the organization and support group-wide sourcing initiatives and synergies where applicable
  • Define, monitor, and report procurement KPIs, supplier performance metrics, savings, and procurement effectiveness
  • Drive process improvement, automation, digitalization, and the adoption of modern procurement practices and tools
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the procurement team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • University degree (Bachelor's degree or higher)
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Procurement, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with procurement ERP systems is considered an advantage
  • Experience managing CAPEX, project-related, and operational procurement activities
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to drive process improvements, cost optimization, and procurement transformation initiatives
  • Results-oriented professional with a strategic mindset and strong execution capabilities
  • Proven ability to develop procurement strategies, make sound business decisions, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple companies and stakeholders within a Group environment.
