Location: Skopje, North Macedonia
On behalf of our client, an international trading company based in Skopje, MOTIVI EMPLOYMENTS is seeking an experienced and motivated professional for the position of:
TRANSPORT & TRADING MANAGER – BITUMEN PRODUCTS
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing trading and transportation operations related to bitumen products, as well as establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with international suppliers, customers and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the trading and transportation of bitumen products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, transport companies and business partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms, prices, transportation rates and delivery conditions.
- Coordinate international shipments, road transport and logistics operations.
- Monitor market developments, trading opportunities and pricing trends.
- Manage daily operations and ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth.
- Prepare commercial offers, reports and relevant documentation.
- Ensure smooth coordination between suppliers, customers and transport partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in trading, transport, logistics or commercial management.
- Previous management experience and strong organizational skills.
- Fluent English
- Excellent negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, take responsibility and manage multiple tasks.
- Good knowledge of international trade and transportation procedures.
- Previous experience in the bitumen, petroleum, oil or construction materials industry will be considered a strong advantage.
