At Kodeqa, we're looking for an experienced professional who combines business understanding, analytical thinking and project coordination skills and wants to develop further in ERP consulting.

You may already work as an ERP Consultant or Business Analyst. Or your experience may come from banking, finance, accounting, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or operations, where you've worked extensively with ERP or other complex business systems.

You don't need previous Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience. We'll support your transition through mentoring, training and hands-on international projects.

What You'll Do

As an ERP Functional Consultant, you'll work at the intersection of business, technology and project delivery.

You'll take ownership of your area of the project — from understanding customer requirements and planning activities to coordinating with developers, testing solutions and supporting successful delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead business analysis workshops and gather customer requirements
• Analyze business processes and translate needs into clear functional specifications
• Work closely with developers to turn business requirements into practical ERP solutions
• Coordinate project activities, tasks, priorities and timelines
• Create and maintain task and project plans
• Track project progress, dependencies, risks and open issues
• Provide regular project updates and reporting to customers
• Coordinate communication between customers, consultants and developers
• Participate in solution design and functional configuration
• Review system outputs and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements
• Plan and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage customer feedback
• Prepare functional documentation, process documentation, user guides and training materials
• Support go-live and post-implementation improvements
• Contribute to improving our internal delivery processes and templates

What We're Looking For

You should have:

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong understanding of business processes in at least one functional area
• Experience working with ERP or other complex business systems
• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements
• Experience coordinating projects, tasks, teams or implementation activities
• Ability to create plans, follow timelines and keep multiple stakeholders aligned
• Experience working with or coordinating technical/development teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Confidence communicating directly with customers and business stakeholders
• Excellent spoken and written English
• A structured, accountable and detail-oriented approach to work

Your Background Could Be In

Experience as an ERP Key User / Super User is also highly relevant.

Your current title could be ERP Consultant, Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Finance Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, Finance Specialist, Senior Accountant, ERP Key User, Business Systems Specialist, Supply Chain Specialist, Production Planner, Procurement Specialist or Process Improvement Specialist.

ERP & Reporting Experience

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX, SAP, Oracle, Business Central, Navision, Infor, IFS, Epicor, Sage, Pantheon or another ERP platform is valuable.

D365FO experience is a plus — not a requirement.

Experience with financial or operational reporting, Excel, Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports or similar tools is also valuable.

You don't need to be a developer. What matters is your ability to understand the business need, structure it clearly and work effectively with a technical team to deliver the right solution.
